Wheely allows you to rent a private car in several cities around the world, including London and Moscow, using your Windows Phone.
Simply start the app, request a car and shortly a driver will come for you. You can also make a reservation for later.
Wheely will show you the location of the car on a map in real-time and will also tell you the estimated time of arrival. After completing your ride, you pay by card and you will receive a receipt via email.
