Based in the heart of Bundaberg this award winning company requires a passionate and experienced Branch Manager to take the business to the next level. Focusing on leadership and driving the sales staff forward, you will also be developing business, leading by example with sales and helping the team to expand the market share in the area. Your primary clients will be in rural areas and mining clientele throughout the region.

As the Branch Manager you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the office as well as managing a small team of sales and operational staff. You will be an exceptional leader with the ability to motivate and guide your team to reach individual and branch targets.

Your duties will also include:

  • Providing excellent leadership, inspiration and an approachable management style.
  • Managing consistency and strong relationships between sales and operations.
  • Representing the company's brand, high end products and services through a variety of markets with the rural and mining communities.
  • Develop, communicate and implement value-based strategies to produce sustainable income and growth of the branch.
  • Plan and implement service strategies, sales management processes to achieve service standards and goals.
  • Manage the overall branch operations to achieve business targets
  • Utilise your networking flair and market expertise to identify appropriate networking opportunities.
For the success of this role, you will need to have:
  • Branch Management and/or Operational Management experience within scaffold, equipment solutions or the construction industry.
  • A proven sales track record in business development and sales within a similar industry.
  • A strong following and an excellent reputation within the region.
  • A strong sense of urgency within the workplace and huger for results
  • A history of meeting and exceeding individual and branch targets.
  • Able to communicate with a range of clients as well as State and General Management.
